Northshore

This housing scheme was launched in June 2003, in a design that reflects the spirit of traditional Kent fishing villages

Consists of two, three, four and five bedroom houses, Northshore homes have features including natural cedar wood cladding and extensive modern glazing. The cladding also keeps homes warm in winter, making them more energy efficient.

Floor to ceiling windows allow in the maximum amount of natural light and offer spectacular views across the River Medway.

All homes have eco ratings of 'Very Good'.
