Chatham Maritime

Location

London and Chatham Maritime may be worlds apart, but in reality they're separated by a 47 minute train journey. It's a fact that has attracted an exodus of people to St Mary’s Island, drawn by the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the City, but not feel out of touch. It really is the perfect location to enjoy the best of both worlds.

The homes at Chatham Maritime can be up to a third of the price of their London equivalents. It's no surprise then that so many people are moving out of London, but still enjoying a capital lifestyle.

St. Mary's Island is also in close proximity to the M20, M2 and M25 motorways, providing easy access to Gatwick, Stansted and City airports, the Eurostar at Ashford and Eurotunnel at Folkestone. Bluewater, the largest shopping mall in Europe, is also less than 15 miles away.
